Connect to Work provides a specific form of support targeted to ensure people with disabilities and/or specific health conditions receive the right support at the right time, based on their individual circumstances.

If you want to work, we’ll support you every step of the way.
We’ll team you up with a dedicated Employment Support Specialist who will work with you and local employers to gain work. Once you're in work, support will continue as you settle into your new role.

From pre-screening to finding work-ready candidates and supporting you to retain your workforce, we're here to help.

Expression of Interest Form

We can support you if you:​

  • live in Northumberland

  • are unemployed

  • are aged 18 years or over

  • are facing barriers to employment because of a learning disability, autism, neurodivergence, mental health need or other long term health condition

  • are employed but at risk of falling out of work due to a health condition

 

You can complete the form below yourself, or someone can do so on your behalf, such as a family member, social worker or carer.​ Once we have received your form, we aim to contact you within 5 working days to set up an initial meeting and register you to the service.
