Work support for employers

Free, tailored support​

We offer you free, tailored support to help you integrate and retain employees with disabilities, autism, or mental health needs. Our service is designed to benefit both your business and your staff with:

  • free training for you and your team on how to successfully support and integrate individuals with additional needs

  • ongoing in-work support for employees placed through our service, helping to identify and resolve any challenges early

  • workplace adjustments and job carving advice to help tailor roles to individual strengths

  • job coaching to support new employees in learning their role and becoming confident, independent team members

  • retention support to help you maintain a positive, inclusive work environment

Expression of Interest Form

We can support you if you:​

  • live in Northumberland

  • are unemployed

  • are aged 18 years or over

  • are facing barriers to employment because of a learning disability, autism, neurodivergence, mental health need or other long term health condition

 

You can complete the form below yourself, or someone can do so on your behalf, such as a family member, social worker or carer.​ Once we have received your form, we aim to contact you within 5 working days to set up an initial meeting and register you to the service.
