If you're a partner organisation looking to refer someone into our service, get in touch with our triage team here.

Expression of Interest Form

We can support you if you:​

  • live in Northumberland

  • are unemployed

  • are aged 18 years or over

  • are facing barriers to employment because of a learning disability, autism, neurodivergence, mental health need or other long term health condition

 

You can complete the form below yourself, or someone can do so on your behalf, such as a family member, social worker or carer.​ Once we have received your form, we aim to contact you within 5 working days to set up an initial meeting and register you to the service.

 

Please note that registering with us does not impact your benefits.
